My Name is Shraddha Parab, Entrepreneur and Owner of EXTRANOMICAL HOLIDAYS. It is a travel agency dealing with all sorts of travel ease to its customers. My journey started in early 2018 after I decided to quit my job and thought of starting something on my own. It was totally unplanned that I will involve in this industry. One fine morning I took my Laptop and started watching videos where I came across a video of the dos and don’ts of a trip. It created my interest and made up my mind to enter into this field. I started gathering information on various travel FAQs and how to arrange travel. I started promoting my knowledge and abilities on various social media platforms. I was getting a good response from people around me and I was very happy with more work performances.
Work Satisfaction is very important for me. So i was enjoying my work.
But the world was hit by the most difficult time of COVID. I was demotivated but thought for a while about how I can utilize this time. So, I decided to read and took part in various programs in itinerary planning online for different countries. This helps me to travel virtually across the globe and gather information. At last, when the travel was eased I got to an opportunity and I grab it with both hands.
Today I have established myself where I have been awarded and rewarded for my utter hard work and dedication.
Yes, I was also a victim of being female gender in this society where people around you continuously come up with things that demotivate you and don’t appreciate your work. I would like to give a small message to all, especially females who want to achieve something in society that never give up on themselves. If you are trying hard try harder, the female gender has always faced subjugation and systematic oppression, but to come out from this condition in society calls for improvement. Improve yourself in your field of work, try innovative things, and take helps from your near and dear ones. Try to convince people around you, once you succeed people will start respecting you and will take you as an example.
